Good to know before you book

Questions,
clearly answered.

Planning details should make the event easier, not create another mystery. Here are the answers clients and venue teams ask for most often.

01What does every staffed package include?+

Delivery, setup and breakdown, an on-site host, unlimited sessions during the service window, a custom visual treatment, instant digital sharing, and a post-event gallery. Print packages also include on-site printing.

02How far in advance should we reserve?+

Four to eight weeks is comfortable for many events. Peak wedding months, holiday dates, multi-day conferences, and custom activations are best reserved three to six months ahead.

03Do you carry event insurance?+

Venue insurance requirements vary. Tell us what your venue needs during the inquiry process so the correct documentation can be included in your proposal.

04Can you work outdoors?+

Yes, when the booth has level ground, reliable power, protection from sun and weather, and a backup plan if conditions change.

05How do guests receive their photos?+

Depending on the experience, guests can receive prints plus digital delivery by QR, text, or email. A post-event gallery is included with staffed packages.

06Can you match our wedding or brand design?+

Yes. Print layouts, overlays, welcome screens, AI concepts, galleries, backdrops, and guest prompts can be tailored to approved creative direction.

07What do you need from the venue?+

Most setups require a level footprint, nearby standard power, and a clear load-in path. Digital delivery works best with reliable Wi-Fi or cellular coverage.

08Is setup time part of our service hours?+

No. We schedule load-in, setup, testing, and breakdown outside the guest-facing service window unless venue access requires a different plan.

09How does booking work?+

Send your date and event details. We will confirm availability, recommend the right format, provide a clear proposal, and reserve the date once the agreement and retainer are complete.

10Do you travel outside San Diego?+

Yes. Local travel is included in many proposals, while longer-distance events may include travel, lodging, parking, or freight based on the venue.
